Abstract submission form

Dear Participant,
 

This short guide shows you how to submit your candidate Abstract for the 26^th Congress of SCTM. 
Before you can submit the abstract, you must create an Indico account for the 26^th Congress of SCTM.

When you have the 26^th Congress of SCTM Indico account you can proceed with the abstract submission.

For successful submission, follow the steps bellow:

1. Enter a Title and Content for your abstract.
2. Select the Contribution type, e.g. Oral or Poster presentation, and add the Author(s) of the abstract. Click on Speaker for at least one of your Authors. You can select an author from the list (if they have already registered the 26^th Congress of SCTM Indico account) or add an author manually.
3. Please, check the order of authors and if all authors have all the necessary information (Family and first name, Affiliation, e-mail address).
4. Upload a Word document of your abstract, written in the provided Abstract Template. The Word version can be found in the Overview Menu (general page of the 26^th Congress of SCTM website).

More information and video instruction for an abstract submission process is available in the Official Indico documentation.

The number of abstracts is not limited, but we expect that there will be no more than 2 abstracts per participant. As a rule, one participant will have a possibility for one oral presentation.

The English language and scientific content of the abstract are author’s responsibility. The Scientific Committee does not have an obligation to make any non-technical changes.
