You can find the abstract preparation template in the Overview section (at the bottom of the page).
Before submitting your abstract, you must create a profile for the 28th Congress of SCTM (if you have attended our previous conference you probably have a profile, so simply login).
A video instruction for the abstract submission process is available in the Official Indico documentation. When submitting your abstract, please indicate in the Comment section the Scientific section to which you are applying.
The number of abstracts is limited to two abstracts per paid registration fee. In general, oral presentations may be delivered by a single participant.
All submitted abstracts will be subjected to peer review. The submitter will containing reviewers’ suggestions or, if no revisions are required, a letter of acceptance.
A certificate of attendance will be awarded to participants who present their oral and/or poster presentations. Abstracts of participants who do not present their contributions will be excluded from the Book of Abstracts.
The author is responsible for the English language quality and scientific content of the abstract.
The Scientific Committee is not obligated to make any non-technical (editorial) changes.
